Vehicle Submissions

Vehicle submissions are for appraisal purposes only. Submitting a vehicle does not create an obligation on the part of Vehicle Link to purchase, nor an obligation on your part to sell.

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, including condition, kilometres, accident history, and ownership status. Offers are conditional on final inspection and verification.

No Guarantees

Vehicle Link does not guarantee that every submission will result in an offer, nor that our offer will exceed offers from other buyers. Every vehicle is considered individually.

Photos and Content

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant Vehicle Link a limited licence to use them for the purpose of evaluating your vehicle.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Vehicle Link name, logo, and branding, is the property of Vehicle Link and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Vehicle Link is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
